Use a Terrain Park

I am going to train you in how to approach a terrain park and the different types of terrain you encounter. A terrain park is classified as a double black diamond run for expert snowboarders only though I believe terrains parks are much easier than standard black runs. The park is considered a double black diamond because it has jumps, rails, and boxes which are considered to be very difficult to master. The actual terrain slope is not bad so if you avoided all the terrain the run would be classified as an easy blue run. Attacking the terrain in the park is difficult to learn and takes a lot of practice.

You can notice the differences between a good takeoff and landing technique.

The ATML technique for doing tricks. Approach zone is the space for setting your speed and stance to use the feature. Takeoff zone is for making moves that start your trick. Maneuver zone is for controlling your body in the air and setting up for landing. Landing zone is the prepared slope between the knuckle and the runout beyond it. The types of terrain are jumps, rails and boxes. Here are some pictures of all the rails and boxes and some snowboardings on them.
